So happy to share one of my fav salad recipe , tabbouleh the name may sound bit difficult but recipe is so easy , try this hearty healthy recipe and I am

It’s been more than 10 years in Oman and this is one of the staple food which I see here everywhere so thought of sharing the recipe hope you will like it if you do so pls like and subscribe the channel .

Ingredients used :-

½ cup fine bulgur wheat ( can be replaced by quinoa)
* 4 firm Roma tomatoes, very finely chopped ( make sure no seeds and juice should be there )
* 1/2 cucumber finely chopped
* 2 bunches parsley, part of the stems removed, washed and well-dried, very finely chopped
* 12-15 fresh mint leaves, stems removed, washed, well-dried, very finely chopped
* 4 green onions, white and green parts, very finely chopped
* Salt to taste or 1/2 tsp
* 3-4 tablespoon lime juice (lemon juice, if you prefer)
* 3-4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
* Romaine lettuce leaves to serve, optional
