  1. I'm wondering why this recipe doesn't call for baking the crust first, before pouring in the filling. I would like to make this but I'm
    afraid the crust would not be baked enough. Am I wrong to be skeptical. Please advise. Thank you.

  2. I made this tart in a glass oblong tart dish and the crust stuck to the bottom. The filling was delicious. I have checked at three different stores and have not found a tart pan . Can i use a spring mold pan or pie plate for this tart ?
