In this video I am making Kibbeh Bil Sanieh – Baked Kibbeh, it’s a Lebanese recipe that my daughter loves and asks me often to make it for her. It’s great to eat it with Labini – yogurt and Lebanese bread.

Ingredients:
I used a 15 inch round baking tray, if you want to make a smaller tray use less ingredients.

To make the meat mixture:
– 400 gram minced meat beef
– 1 tablespoon ghee butter
– 50 grams pine nut
– canola oil
– 2 diced onion
– salt to taste
– mixed pepper to taste
– chilli to taste
– black pepper to taste

To make the Kibbeh mixture:
– 600 grams fine bulgur
– salt to taste
– mixed pepper to taste
– black pepper to taste
– chilli to taste
– water
– 600 gram fine minced meat beef
– canola oil
– ghee butter
– round baking tray
