I decided to make a huge monster beef and bean burrito, loaded with plenty of cheese, sour cream and fresh pico de gallo. You really won’t miss Taco Bell after eating this!

Ingredients: (Serves 4)
8 Tortilla Wraps
500g Beef mince
4 fresh, firm tomatoes
1-2 shallots/ red onion
1 medium brown onion
1 red bell pepper
Fresh/canned Jalapeno
1 Lemon/Lime
4 garlic cloves
Chilli Powder (to taste)
1 can chopped tomato
2 TBSP tomato puree/ paste
1 heaped TSP/ 1 and 1/2 TSP cumin
1 heaped TSP/ 1 and 1/2 TSP smoked paprika
80ml vegetable/ beef stock
1 can Black Beans
1 handful Fresh Coriander
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Sour Cream
Cheese

  2. I read whether one likes cilantro or not is genetic. It personally makes me want to vomit, its not favourable on my tastebuds genetics.😆

  3. Why not show how to fold the Burrito ? Why do i need to watch another Vid to see how you fold them, when this is the Video how you make them ? makes no sense, show the full Vid included how to fold them and everyone can enjoy the full Recipe.

  5. Nice job but just want to point out that pico de gallo traditionally has diced raw white onion as a key ingredient but understand that might be a bit redundant with your sautéed onions. White onions (not red or yellow) have a nice bright, fresh taste and are always used in Mexico. It’s also worth rinsing them in a strainer after chopped which takes a bit of the harsh bite out and makes them milder
