  1. A wonderful recipei , like your take alot, I dont suppose you guys would be offended if I used pork or beef shank as I am now retired and on a more limited budget. As in most things like this I am assuming that really its the technique that's important, thanks as always…

  2. I am a BBQ man. I really enjoy your cooking channel. I love Italian food homemade like you gentlemen are cooking. Great channel. Thank you.

  3. Great video, I heard you mention Jacks in Dallas, did you know Daddy Jack just passed away about 2 years ago? sad story i watch all his videos. he was a great man and great chef….

  4. I have this cooking now in the oven. The cost of the veal shanks is unreal, big different in price prior to pandemic! So worth it though

  7. Love Making this Dish Old School. Responding to the last comment I left on antihero dish. Williamsburg remember aa a kid grandparents had the brown stone in park slope since my great grandparents came from Italian. Fahrenheit Grew up in the Slop John Jay Hugh School. Back then Park Slope and Williamsburg were not great neighborhoods lol. They really built that yup in the 90's when the yuppies came in. Just glad we got to grow up in the REAL NYC we it was the best of times. Now? Never coming back sad. Again I'm Bensonhurst but people think the gangsters were my neighborhood nope! All originated in South Brooklyn.

  8. I loved listening to these guys banter. I learned a great deal watching, but I was surprised they did not use Swanson unsalted chicken stock. The Swanson stocks have less sodium than their broths, but both still have too much as compared to Swanson's unsalted products.

  9. Guys this show reminds me of Daddy Jacks show. I do remember a video when he visited you guys and your mom.

  10. You guys are great! I love your cooking.
Where have you been? You should have been on here a long time ago.
I love authentic Italian cooking and food.
Your accents remind me of mob movies.
    Love you guys.
