    I have to say though the idea of protein combining has been scientifically debunked. It’s easily searchable on the internet. You can have a healthy vegan or vegetarian diet without doing this.

  7. Chick peas AND lentils are the best legumes, another great vegan recipe is Pasta i cecci, chickpeas and pasta! A non-vegan version would be to simply add some diced pork, chicken or bacon cubes.

  8. Simple, but so very very tasty! I have tried adding broccoli or spinach to get a bit more greens out of a meal; works great! These recipes are such a good foundation! Thanks for sharing!
