  1. When I added instant coffee powder in my cream cheese while whisking it curdled and separated. I make regular cheesecake all the time but it never curdles and the first time it did was when I added coffee granules. Help 🙁

  7. Young lady, I have made a few cheesecakes in my life. I am sitting here waiting for your recipe to come out of the oven. There is something that you should know – your original recipe called for 4 blocks of cream cheese. But the batter was so runny, I quick chopped an extra block and tossed it into the batter and let the mixer run for a few more minutes. Are you absolutely sure that 4 blocks (32 ounces) is correct?
