Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how to make the best beef smothered burrito, in case you don’t know what that is, it’s basically a burrito stuffed with your choice of meat, beans, and rice and drown in a red sauce! seriously super easy and delicious, Keep in mind like every recipe and every household there are tons of variations that make this delicious recipe, you can always adjust it to your taste! this is the way I was taught and I really hope you enjoy this recipe as much as me and my family do, and as always if you do please don’t forget to give me a big thumbs up, comment down below your thoughts and if you new to my channel please hit that subscribe buttons so you can be part of our family!!!!!! 😘

Ingredients:
2 lbs chuck pot roast
9 New Mexico chile pods
2 chile pasilla
5 chile de árbol
1 onion
6 garlic cloves
3 bay leaves
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp cumin
Salt
Pepper
Large burrito tortillas
Your choice of cheese, I used mexican style cheese

  16. Never show the side of a container into which you are putting ingredients. Always show down into the container so the viewer can see exactly what's going on, how items are arranged, etc.

  17. Make sure you thoroughly wet the ends of each burrito with sauce so they don't get crunchy in the oven.

  18. Love your red chile sauce, very authentic! The only thing I never do is put rice inside any burritos, i prefer them as a side by dish.

  19. For the sauce try 2 cans of enchilada sauce, 2 small cans of tomato sauce and three jars of Heinz Beef Gravy, mix all together
    and heat on stove.
    Also use shredded beef in the burrito. You can use Keystone all natural beef in a can.
    Serve lettuce, mexican rice, refried beans on the side. Top the burrito with sauce, shredded cheese, diced onions
    and pickled jalapenos.
    This will replicate either the old Jerry's Roadhouse wet burrito or Beltline Bar wet burrito or Grand Villa Dugeon wet burrito from Grand Rapids, Michigan
    and Grandville, Michigan. Nobody else it Michigan came close to make wet burritos as famous as these with maybe exception to
    Pappy's Bar and Grill from Portage, Michigan which is now gone.

  21. Oh My…. I just made this enchilada sauce….I'm never eating out Again!!!! I can't believe how amazingly better it is compared to some of the top Mexican restaurants in la…I'm freeeee. I have ur lour tortilla dough resting…now I just need to find a corn tortilla spot because no way trying that lolol you are good!
