Try This Sunflower Seed Dukkah Recipe: Simple, Fresh, and Delicious

This simple Dukkah Recipe is so delicious and versatile, I love to put it on salads, soups, and roasted vegetables. It’s one of my favorite blends and you can make it your own by adding mint, or chili flakes. Dukkah is a ancient Egyptian mixture of spices that was regarded as a sign of prosperity, as the Egyptians were able to acquirer these unique spices from around the world through ancient spice trading routes.

This Recipe Makes 2 Cups of Sunflower Seed Dukkah Spice Mix

3/4 C of Hazelnuts
1/2 C of Cashews
1/4 C Sunflower Seed
3 TBL Coriander Seed
2 TBL Cumin Seed
1 TBL Fennel Seed
2 TBL Sesame Seed
1 tsp Salt
