Italian Orecchiette with Broccoli Rabe [ASMR] | Yummy IT Food

Today we want to show you how to make Orecchiette with Broccoli Rabe. Don’t let the simplicity of this dish fool you, it is packed with contrasting flavors and textures. The crisp-tender texture and peppery bite of Broccoli Rabe are balanced by the slightly chewy Orecchiette and the mild sweetness of the fresh Ricotta. We love this dish because it takes very little time to make and it’s so delicious. If you can’t find Pancetta, you can use bacon instead or even just olive oil would work.

    great recipe, I love how its simple but it looks really rich , the Broccoli rabe looked so delicious after it got cooked it gave beautiful color, also I love how you added the cheese it sure made it soury so the taste would be great when mixed with pasta. the last touches made the dish very fancy and made me want it so bad.
