I’m sharing with how we make good bread in my home country, Morocco. We’re going to make 2 versions : First one is the healthiest with whole wheat flour only and grains. Second one is with extra fine semolina. I’m sure you’re going to enjoy it!

‘ Les ingrédients du pain maison marocain à la farine complète et celui à la semoule fine en Français en bas’

Here is what you’ll need!

INGREDIENTS (in grams and liters)
For whole wheat bread
500 g whole wheat flour
2 tbsp of yeast
1 tbsp of sugar
2 to 3 tbsp of olive oil
2 tsp of sesame seeds
1 tsp of anise seeds
1/2 tsp of black cumin seeds
1 tsp flax seed
Salt to taste
Warm water

For semolina bread
500 g extra fine semolina flour
2 tbsp of yeast
1 tbsp of sugar
2 tbsp of vegetable oil or olive oil
Salt to taste
Warm water

INGREDIENTS (in cups)
For whole wheat bread
4 cups whole wheat flour
2 tbsp of yeast
1 tbsp of sugar
2 to 3 tbsp of olive oil
2 tsp of sesame seeds
1 tsp of anise seeds
1/2 tsp of black cumin seeds
1 tsp flax seed
Salt to taste
Warm water

For semolina bread
4 cups extra fine semolina flour
2 tbsp of yeast
1 tbsp of sugar
2 tbsp of vegetable oil or olive oil
Salt to taste
Warm water

INGREDIENTS EN GRAMMES
Pour le pain à la farine complète

500 g de farine complète
2 càs de levure boulangère
1 càs de sucre
2 à 3 càs d’huile d’olive
2 càc de graines de sésame
1 càc de graines d’anis
1/2 càc de graines de cumin noir
1 càc de graines de lin
Sel selon le goût
Eau tiède

Pour le pain de semoule
500 g de farine de semoule extra fine
2 càs de levure boulangère
1 càs de sucre
2 càs d’huile végétale ou d’huile d’olive
Sel selon le goût
Eau tiède
