  1. It’s nice to add some pomegranate seeds on top of that as well. A nice burst of sweetness and bright color

  2. Great video as always Henry, I can't wait to get myself and my parents out to one of your restaurants!

In saying that, I wonder if you'd be able to make a recipe video for "cokertme kebab" one day if you know how to, and have the spare time!

  3. I like your channel Henry! One thing about the Hummus though: I am a bit of a Hummus whisperer. When you use canned chickpeas, you MUST remove the inedible husks to get a really creamy result! After rinsing the peas, put them in a bowl of water and sort of gently massage them with your hand for a few minutes. The husks will float to the top and can be removed thusly. Try it!

  4. Good choice of meat! great recipe and nice presentation Thank you, Henry, for another great vid and a big Thumbs up from me :-))

  5. Henry, you gave me a reason to finally use that food processor I bought eons ago!
    Merci azizam!

  6. Thanks for the video Mate…
Not my cup of tea though.
Always appreciate the effort you put in though Mate.

  7. This is so far from lebanese hummus kawarma lol . the spices are different, Canned chickpeas ?, there's a process in mixing the hummus, And Kawarma is a how lebanese preserved their meat in winter so it's a combination of lamb fat and lamb small pieces of meat (not oil and meat)…

  8. i have a great idea.
Create a gaming channel, where you mostly play horror games, and play with a facecam, so we can see you
I swear i will watch that

  9. Kawarma derives from turkish word kavurma, like the shawarma deriving from cevirme 👍👍🙂
