INGREDIENTS:
2 Red chili pepper
2 Red Bell Peppers
3 tablespoons freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
1-teaspoon ground cumin
3 tablespoons of Olive oil
1 teaspoon Pomegranate molasses
1 tablespoon Vinegar
Walnuts for garnish
Fresh mint leaves
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Sliced Bread (optional)

METHOD:
Place the peppers on a tray covered with aluminum foil and bake them in the oven for about 15 minutes, at 200°C degrees.
After the peppers are grilled; peel them as much as possible and discard the seeds, then slice into strips.
Then in a large bowl add the pepper strips, then add the lemon juice, vinegar, pomegranate molasses, cumin, salt, olive oil, and mashed garlic, give a stir until well combined.
serve it either in bruschetta or with Kebabs and grills.
