Ingredients:
– 1/2 pound of thinly sliced pastrami
-1 fried egg
-1/2 cup sauteed peppers and onions
– yellow mustard
– 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
-1/2 cup French fries
-2 slices provolone cheese
-1 roll
-1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
-Add some butter to your roll and toast it before you get started
-grill pastrami, peppers, onions, fried egg, and provolone in a pan with some olive oil
-Spread some horseradish sauce over the top and bottom of the bun
-Drizzle some mustard over the horseradish sauce
-Layer the pastrami on first, followed by the peppers and onions, then the French fries, then the egg
-Top your sandwich, cut in half, and enjoy!
