Welcome to Cook n’ Share, where we bring you a tantalizing summer dessert that is sure to refresh your taste buds: Key Lime Pie! In this video, we’ll guide you through the process of creating a creamy, tangy, and utterly a delightful that captures the essence of summer.

The pie is an easy and delicious dessert. It originated a number of years ago in the Florida Keys. This is a variation of the original recipe. I have changed a few things. For example, it was traditionally a no bake recipe. If you are brave, you could still make it this way. Because of the use of eggs, I bake the pie for 15 minutes to kill off the risk of any bacteria. It’s a wonderful, somewhat tangy, sweet, and flavorful pie.

Key Lime Pie is the perfect dessert to indulge in during those hot summer days. With its smooth and velvety texture, coupled with the refreshing tartness of key limes, this pie is a true crowd-pleaser. From the buttery graham cracker crust to the luscious filling made with fresh key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, and a hint of zest, each bite will transport you to a tropical paradise.

In this video, we’ll provide you with a step-by-step guide to help you master the art of making Key Lime Pie at home. From selecting the juiciest key limes to achieving the perfect balance of flavors, we’ll share our expert tips and tricks to ensure your pie turns out absolutely divine.

  1. Can someone tell me what the purpose is of putting in the eggs? (To help thicken it/instead of using gelatin)? THANKS!!

  2. I decided to try this recipe because, based on the video and the thumbnail, it looked like the texture of Keylime pie that I prefer and the recipe seemed very simple and fool proof. I absolutely love it. I’ve made this pie twice already and plan to use this recipe going forward. You won’t be disappointed!

  3. Amazing key lime pie recipe! Exactly how it’s supposed to be made👌👌👌 thank you for sharing! 🤩

  4. Leave out the eggs and you don’t have to bake it just put it straight into the fridge and it sets up like a custard!

  5. Made this today (my first time making key lime pie) and it came out perfect!! Followed the recipe exactly and the flavor, consistency, everything came out perfect. Definitely a keeper!

  6. I have a problem, the Zhh Slovh who own the building I live in, will not provide ranges! May I use a microwave oven?

  7. Looks perfect! My favorite pie. I’m glad to know the filling was baked because of the eggs. Thanks for this!

  8. I used this for my school project! I had never made a pie and it turned out really well, I was slightly short on crust though. My family said it was AWESOME, but very sweet, and could use just a little more lime. Despite those criticisms, I loved it and so did everyone else. And I don’t even like key lime pie!

  9. I just make it , it was sooo good , thank u very much for sharing the recipe , a big thank u from Morocco😁

  10. I really wanted to watch this video. I love key lime pie, but I've heard that distracting, annoying whistling soundtrack in so many cooking videos, I just can't do it any more. I watched it with the sound muted but then, of course I couldn't hear the commentary. Not complaining, just letting you know. I can't be the only one out there.

  11. Wow when I ate this thing for the first time I was like this is really really good and I didn't know the name of it then I was on YouTube and I was scrolling and scrolling down then I saw this video and I was like this is the thing I ate before and I was like I have to make this then I got so excited to make it then I learned the name of it and I watch some other videos of this but I liked how you made it simple just how I want it. This was a great video
