Pascalina & Raffoul make an incredible eggplant salad from Lebanon. It was so aromatic it filled the whole kitchen, and taste, the taste was so exquisite and nothing like how you would expect and eggplant salad to taste. Raffoul and Pascalina had a blast creating this salad. You will too!
