Parmesan Crusted Lamb Chops, Bed of Creamed Spinach, Tomato, Sage and White Wine Sauce
I was struggling to make this plate look good today but I think I did pretty well in the end. Any ideas on how I could add a starch here or, is it fine as it is?

holy crust batman!!! wow is there a chop hidden in there? Lamb is like 21-30$ a lb in the states. Id showcase the cut rather than chicken fry it….. just sayin
