  3. Hello, I was gonna try this but does anyone know what the ratio between the cornstarch and water mix is? I dont want to risk putting too much water to the cornstarch

  4. That's the closest I've seen. I'd imagine only 1T sugar wouldn't be very noticeable and offset by the chicken broth. I'd say the small amount of sugar causes the glaze look and helps the sauce cling. I just don't like my Chinese food to taste sweet.
