Thyme is a great herb, and not just for cooking. It is used to help with cold and flu, especially with upper respiratory infections. My recipe is very easy to make and much cheaper than store bought!

HELLO!
I just found your channel while researching echinacea.
You have a wonderful channel with a lot of useful information.
I am currently watching your herbal playlist.
I think it is so important for people to learn these old medicinal practices.
You do a great job explaining the plants and their medicinal benefits and how to make tinctures, etc.
Do you read a lot of herbal medicine books, or did your grandmother teach you most of what you know.
Please share any books you recommend about herbal remedies!
Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
I just subscribed today, excited to watch more of your gardening videos as well.
Cheers!

Do you wash the herbs before adding the vodka? Can you use whiskey?
Helo dear ..What brand of affordable vodka you always use to mix with herbs??
You said 100% vodka. I think you mean 100 proof, which is 50% vodka.
Can we use garden thyme or does it have to be wild thyme?
What could I use instead of alcohol? I am in recovery and “allergic” to alcohol. 😉
