Ingredients:
1Head Broccoli-Cut into Bite Size Pieces
1 Zucchini- Cut into Bite Size Pieces
1 Yellow Squash -Cut into Bite Size Pieces
2 Red Peppers- Cut into Bite Size Pieces
1 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Granulated Garlic
1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme or Dried Basil
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

  2. You gave Your oven temp but We heard nothing about " how long ". Timing is important.

  3. Pre heat your oven to 375 degrees.
    Peppers, broccoli, and onions take between 15 and 25 minutes. I will generally taste either a piece of broccoli or pepper. It should be somewhat tender but still crunchy. As I had said in the video, the broccoli will start to tune a little brown, and the peppers will get a bit duller in color.
    The zucchini and yellow squash are generally in for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Once again, tender with a little crunch.
