MAKE SURE YOU GREASE THE PAN – Paula says in the video she is not going to grease the pan because the crust has 2 sticks of butter — WRONG – i didn't grease the pan – and what a mess – make sure you grease it! BUT – these are outstanding! – I would maybe put 2-3 more tablespoons of lemon juice.

If you want it thicker you can double the recipe
When I use a glass bowl to mix flour and any ingredients I first wet ( lightly) a single sheet of a paper towel and put it underneath the bowl and it will eliminate the “ dancing “ around the counter and stays put. Thanks 🙏 for this recipe.
