  1. I saw a nice piece of fennel when you sliced into your meat-a-ball-a. Your families sausage looks delicious!

  2. definitely not authentic italian..
maybe authentic in the region you ancestors came from, but Meatballs are made differently in every region!

  3. You are so authentic! Please keep these videos coming! One question though, how long in the oven and what temperature do you recommend? Thanks!!!

  4. I use oil on my hands instead of water. Great recipe thank you I will be using it for my family. Bless you 🌹

  5. Silly Nicole at her finest 🤣 🤪!
Just love your personality! It draws everyone into the show. I will definitely give this recipe a try! I love meatballs. Never made them homemade on my own just store bought in the freezer section at my local Ingles but I would love to make some of my own with a twist to see how they turn out. You can also use a baking muffin pan to cook the meatballs in and fill em half way through the cooking process. Yummy 😋!! I saw that once or twice on another cooking show and it made clean up less messy.

  6. I have always thought that I made a pretty good meatball. I just made your recipe. That is a DAMN good meatball!!! Thank you so much. My son also loves them (more than mine)

  7. I really like your videos and recipies. Most of the time you give the measurements and instructions. This video was lacking much of that.but i just eyeballed the ingredients and I'm sure it will be fine because meatballs are not rocket science. Thanks for a great recipie!

  8. You missed the authentic accent… LOL… "less makada meata ballaz"… I'll have to look up your sauce recipe… ❤

  10. Hi! Can I please have the exact amounts for your recipe? I am looking, but I can’t find it and I don’t want to guess. I hope I hear back from you, because they look delicious!

  11. I just completed making 280 of these meatballs. I encourage everyone to use fresh parsley and basil as Nicole. I also added a little over 1/2 cup finely chopped green peppers. These are soooo good!!
