  1. Buy the sandwiches at the store along with toppings, and go home and decorate. Probably 5 people has ever made these.

  2. I've made these for two different summer parties. People were blown away with how delicious they are! I wrapped each one in parchment paper and tied with a colorful baking twine.

  3. Epic drum ming..and its nice to know that zen thing..the imperfect is the perfect…the humility yu exude throughout..thats mastery..

  4. This looks great but seems overly time consuming and complicated. If you can't afford a $50k stove don't try this at home. 😅

I'll probably just make my extra chewy and salty oatmeal cookies and slap a scoop of vanilla ice cream in between. Delicious and done!

  5. "You can use a hand mixer and a bowl but honestly it's easier with a stand mixer" well no shit, genius. You gonna pay for it so we can use your method or are you just going to say dumb, irrelevant shit?

  6. 4:48 In 1928, a San Francisco tradition began. George Whitney placed a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream between two freshly baked large old-fashioned oatmeal cookies, and then dipped the sandwich into fine dark chocolate. The delicious combination of savory sweetness was declared by all to be “IT!” That how the IT’S-IT Ice Cream Sandwich was born and got its unforgettable name, being sold in droves exclusively in San Francisco’s own legendary Playland-at-the-Beach for over four decades. In the 1980s, the demand for IT'S-IT grew outside of the Bay Area. Currently, IT'S-IT Ice Cream Sandwiches are now available in California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, Arizona, Texas, and New York.

  7. I'm sure these ICS are wonderful, but my childhood memory of this treat is that the chocolate cookie had a crispness to it, which added a lovely contrast to the smooth ice cream inside. None of the commercial variety sold these days has this texture, at least that I have found.

  8. I loooove how the flowers were in front of the parchment paper so it appeared you were using flowered parchment paper! A great optical illusion.
