    I just watched a video of Gordon Ramsey making Avocado Toast and this isn't how he made it. It was a much easier recipe. I'd say you just chose the wrong recipe for this show.

    I eat my avocado toast with sourdough bread, I put lemon(or lemon pepper), onion powder, salt, pepper, & red pepper flakes.. you can put everything but the bagel seasoning if you like that too.. then finish up with a drizzle of olive oil! I put sour cream & diced tomatoes sometimes and if fills you up for a while!

    Here's a question, if the avocado gets made into a guacamole, is it still avocado? In my opinion, Gordon's Avocado toast may not be a toast, because is more like a sandwich, but at least he was the only one who got the "avocado" part right.
