  1. Thanks. I learned you can peel an avocado. I always removed it with a spoon. Now I have one less item to wash.

  2. oh adding the onion made it perfect! EAT COBB- egg avocado tomato, chicken onion bacon and blue cheese.
    (technically roquefort cheese and chives are the classic ingredients, but that's the common standard)
