  1. This recipe is a keeper Henry. It is also very timely since I have grown lots of tomatoes in my back yard and several different types of peppers as well – including that long, red one that you referred to as a Red Capsicum which is also known as a Banana Pepper which is yellow before it fully matures. My biggest challenge will be getting some Pomegranate Syrup or Pomegranate Molasses. I have everything else on hand already – including the Red Sumac. I look forward to making this salad for sure.

Three or four days ago I also made your recipe for Lebanese style Chicken Kebabs. They turned out delicious. I served them up with some pita bread and some paratha rotis and some Tzatziki Sauce and my guests just loved them. Many thanks Henry. Cheers!

  2. Henry darling, if I were 20 years younger or vice versa, I'd ask you to marry me…..just for the food.
    ;p

Have you any brothers that are single and can cook too?
    Enquiring minds want to know.

  3. انت فوق الممتاز ولكن انا عندي رجاء من حضرتك ممكن كتابة المقادير باللغة العربية

  4. Isn't there a device or a tool for all that slicing? every food video I watch, 15 min. is spent slicing onions with a knife…

  5. Thank you for this advice. I have been making this for a while, but in the food processor and I think it is really important to do it by hand to see you have more of the texture. It will take longer but I think it will be worth it

  6. You’re a great guy. I’ve started making many of your Mediterranean recipes & it’s been amazing. All of my friends have fallen in love 😍 with me.
