Here is a link to my newer zucchini video – https://youtu.be/eoIQ8WrlBq0
Hi everyone!
Today I will share with you the best way to cook zucchini noodles or zoodles.
After you make your zucchini into pasta or noodles, preheat olive oil under high heat. When the olive oil is nice and hot, place the zucchini noodles in the pan and add garlic salt and black pepper to taste. Cook the zoodles for abut 2 minutes total while constantly turning them over so they don’t burn.
When the liquid evaporates, strain the noodles for a minute or so and serve them with your favorite sauce.
I like them with marinara sauce, but my favorite is my homemade Alfredo sauce.
I hope you enjoy!

  1. By the pictures it seems you mix the zuchini with some pasta, although you never mention that in your video. You also mention the carbonara and the alfredo sauce but you do not provide recipes for those. Wish the whole explanations was clearer.

  2. I paused your video before you finished and went to the kitchen to try your recipe. I did take the liberty to modify it just a bit. I used just a small amount of bacon grease, garlic powder, salt and black pepper, as you did. I fried my zucchini in a cast iron skillet and served it with parmesan cheese sprinkled over it. It was so easy and fast. I'll be doing this again, but I still think of it as your recipe. I'm doing low-carb and this fit my need for variety. Thank you.

  3. Looking for the Alfredo sauce recipe. Have you posted yet? I love the hint to drain in a colander after cooking to release moisture and extra oil. My first visit here, and I’ll be back. New subber. Thank you for not spending a looong time talking without showing what you’re cooking.

  4. With that amount of oil your are wasting the purpose of eating zuchini noodles. Thats way over 500 calories of oil right there

  5. I made this, it came out bitter, i just lightly seasoned with black pepper and paprika, it came out bitter, is the problem with courgette or my cooking? Am I supposed to wash it after cutting

  6. I was along with this for low calorie until i saw you put basically all the olive oil from Italy into that pan. Looks tasty tho !

  7. Unfortunately all that oil sorta defeats the whole point of eating zucchini noodles

  8. Now THIS! is the way to cook them, pan fry with oil and season then remove at desired texture!

  9. I know they just zoodles but…no over chicken. Beef yes, pork yes, seafood yes, but not on the chicken.
