Risotto is a rice-based dish that is believed to have originated in Milan, Italy. The first version was called Risotto alla Milanese and was traditionally made with butter, onion, white wine, stock, salt, saffron, and Parmesan. Since then, many flavor variations have been created. Our plant-based version is not traditional, but is dairy-free and equally delicious!

  1. I love your recipes so much, I thought I would search on Youtube to see if you had any cooking videos. I was really surprised to see that your channel was so small and your videos without many views (considering how successful your Instagram and blog both are.) But I realized soon why, the few videos I watched were very short and very similar to Instagram videos. I found them too short and boring and not something I would watch if I actually wanted to cook something, I would prefer just reading a recipe since the videos move so fast. If you made videos of someone actually cooking and giving instruction during the video I believe you could have a lot more success on youtube (if that's something you're interested in) and there would be tons of people like me I'm sure who would stick around for longer more detailed videos.   3. I just made this and it turned out fantastic!!!! The only drawback is that I was slaving over the stove for 45 minutes at the least hahah
