For The Grill:
-1 pound wild shrimp
-3 ears corn
-1 yellow squash
-1 green bell pepper
-1/2 pound grape tomatoes
Dressing:
-2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
-3 garlic cloves
-1/6 cup lemon juice
-1/6 cup white wine vinegar
-1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
-salt and pepper to taste
Pasta:
-1 pound orzo pasta
Garnishes:
-1 large handful fresh basil
-8 peppadew peppers

I've had something similar to this in a restaurant recently, but they added some feta cheese. Your version looks wonderful with the grilled corn.
