  1. I just bought me some Maine sushi grade scallops from my local fish market at just under 40 bucks a pound…. money well spent!" The way life should be"
Thx AB gonna check this recipe…peace!

  2. I've had scallops before but it's one of those seafood items I've never cooked at home. This makes me want to try it.

  3. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ that look delicious ❤❤❤❤❤❤.
I would soak em in coconut milk and lemon juice so they partially cook. Then on low simmer add garlic paste and chopped ginger. Culantro and chives after three minutes throw in some blueberries. Finished ❤

  4. I like the simple recipe and it looks easy to follow I just was surprised you took cooked scallops and put them back on the surface the raw scallops had been resting on. Easy place for germs to cross over

  5. We all have them come out imperfect on occasion. I started using grapeseed oil (has a much higher smoke point). I cook the scallops for about 2 mins each side (til a good golden crust is developed)…then I add the garlic and butter and lower the heat at the last minute. I baste them for a minute or so and add the lemon juice. Pleate them and add some lemon zest and parsley, for garnish. The image of yours at the end look PERFECT!

  6. My boy, you just let the cooked scallops rest where the raw ones just sat? You didn't even clean off the board.

  7. You the Man Bro Been wit you for about 3 years now and Trust me I’m a better cook then I was already the family Love it Talking about did I take classes Unmmmm Maybe …lil do they know 😂😂😂thanks Fam keep ‘em coming I’m locked in 💪🏾💪🏾‼️

  8. Thank you so much for not making things too complicated. I'm not a chef, but when you teach this simple lesson I feel like I can make good quality food. Thank you.

  9. i knew i couldn't trust this man, puts the cooked scallops right on top of were the raw scallops were @ 2:30. yuck

  10. Where are the Roe ??????
I mean Really the Roe is the real deal, the white flesh is ok, But combined NOW THATS THE BEST….
New Zealand here, yes we KNOWN our fish.

  11. No, no, no, absolutely not. You just put that cook meat on the cutting board. By the time you got done that cutting board was nothing but bacteria you might wanna avoid this video and make a new one wiping off your cutting board.

  12. Make sure those scallops are room temperature and they are completely dry before you cook them or they will not get a nice crust, they will steam. Looks delicious AB 😊

  13. That black in the pan is burnt milk solids or milk fats not sure what it’s called. Try using neutral oil and then throw the butter in after the sear to baste.

  14. Those Look Amazing, But What Is Scallops, What’s Scallops From? I’ve Only Seen Them On A Cooking Show, But They Never Say What They’re Made Of Or From. When I Hear Scallops I’m Thinking Of Potato.

  15. CROSS CONTAMINATION ON POINT….😂😂😂😂 why tf would you put the scallops back on the plate in the exact spots where you took them off of raw what in tf
