⭐️ EASY Broccoli Cheese Rice Casserole

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
16 oz baby Bella mushrooms
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
half of a small onion
3 cloves garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp fresh rosemary
1 Tbsp fresh thyme
1 Tbsp fresh parsley
1 Tbsp fresh chives
3 cups (24 oz) heavy cream
2 oz grated parmesan cheese

CHICKEN SEASONING
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt

VINAIGRETTE
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp maple syrup (or honey)
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

  1. I made this a couple of nights ago, my family absolutely loved it, and I have a kid that's picky about everything lol and she cleaned her plate, I served over a bed of white rice, and vegetables on the side…ty for posting your great ideas and recipes!

  3. She obviously knows nothing about mushrooms. The important thing in cooking mushrooms is to GET RID of the water in them. Add a little salt, let the water come out of the mushrooms, and let it evaporate from the pan. THEN you get nicely browned mushrooms.

  4. Followed recipe as directed. Wonderful flavor combination. I would have likely served over basmati rice, but the arugula and dressing was a welcome alternative.
