Ingredients for 3 balloon loaves:
75ml lukewarm water
75ml yogurt (room temperature)
250g flour
1,5 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp water, 1 yolk
Black and white sesame seeds
Bake at 250C for 3-4 minutes
