Homemade borma with pistachios and cashews – بورما بالفستق والكاجو
Ingredients : 400 g of shredded phyllo pastry
250 ml of melted ghee
200 g of pistachios
200 g of grounded cashews
1 tbs of icing sugar
1 tbs of orange blossom water
For the syrup u will need :
3 cups of sugar
2 cups of water
1 tsp of lemon juice
1 tbs of rose water
1 tbs of orange blossom water
