  6. Love all your dishes Dimitra. I've always seen Dill in the Asian shops here in the UK and wondered what it is used for, never brought it. Ever since I've been watching your videos. I buy it all the time now, with fresh mint and Parsley too. My fridge looks green now with all the lovely herbs and ingredients. I'm trying to eat more healthy/mediterranean style foods. And although I know some of the foods aren't exactly "healthy". But they are compared to Yemen style foods, as they have a lot of salads and "greens" shall we say, added to it.

  10. YOU DON'T MARINATE IN ALUMINIUM SHEET PAN, ESPECIALLY WITH THE RED WINE VINEGAR+SALT REACTING WITH IT. GLASS OR FOOD GRADE PLASTIC. ALSO NEEDS TO BE COVERED IN FRIDGE. FOR SURE IF YOU ARE LEAVING IT FOR "A COUPLE OF DAYS".
