  1. I noticed you don’t use vanilla extract in your cookie recipe. Why is that?

  2. I ran into some issues myself. Everything up to actually baking them went great, but when I baked them for 16 minutes they clearly weren't done (convection oven at 355F/180C). I even preheated the sheet, I wound up baking them for an extra 7 minutes or so which was quite surprising.

Edit: Even with extra time these don't seem done. They didn't flatten out nearly as much as the ones in the video but I worried that if I cooked them any longer I'd burn the outsides. Insides are still soft but I'm going to let them set and see.

  3. What temperature would it be for Fahrenheit ?? And can you make these in a regular house oven without the fan?

  4. Good I see interested your any videos I like and (your smile I just like don't mind I only your smile jemma )

  5. Baking these (March 2023).
I weighed everything out to the measurements. (I included 1 tsp of Strawberry extract to make sure there was an added punch of strawberry flavour.. Since it wasnt mentioned, i did not room temperature the eggs. being north american I didn't have the strawberry chocolate, so i used a mixture of white and cream cheese morsels. going by the instructions, i matched the look of the video, but after i added the two eggs in the dough was SAHARAH dry. even when mixing by hand a little bit, it did not come together at all. I needed to actually add an entire egg to get it to combine as it looked like in he video. (I wasn't sure at this point what to do – add water/butter or a egg yolkk, so i went with egg yolk, and when that didn't do it, the egg white went in and it finally combined). – i was doing this reverse creaming method with my hand mixer as i don't have a stand mixer.

I was able to get 20 or so cookies, and right now they are freezing. I am hoping that everything turns out well. I will report back tomorrow after I bake these.

  6. I've made the new york cookies for my friends a bunch of times and they are always a massive hit, but they keep asking me to make them smaller.
Does anyone have any tips for this, if I halve the size, how do I adjust the baking time? ❤

  7. I made these. SO. GOOD. I added dried chewy strawberries to mine as well. And used Valrhona Strawberry chocolate. It was so good!

  8. Can you please post ingredients in cups instead of grams. Especially this recipe please!!! We measure differently in America. Thank you.,I would appreciate it.
