Very moist and light! No nutmeg or coriander. Add some lemon zest.
Use frozen blueberry instead so it bleeds heavily into the batter! Taste good but doesn’t look appealing.

Those look fantastic! I just made blueberry muffins yesterday and used a nostalgic recipe from Jordan Marsh Department Store. I hadn’t had them in decades and I suddenly craved them. They were as delicious as I remembered 😊
