  1. Thank for for showing me how to do this. Going to my garden now to pick some okra and fry for dinner!

  2. A lot of those look to big. I pick them when four inches or less. After that they're hard.

  3. I'm drooling! Thanks again for posting your vids. Yummy cant wait to make this recipe!😋🍿

  4. After years of cutting the stems, I stopped. The caps and tails taste exactly like the rest of the okra. Saves time and you have more okra to eat.

  5. I wish I liked okra, and I promise you I have tried. The only way I can eat it is fried leftovers that have been left out on the table for a while. Crazy, I know. I am so glad you are getting back onto your channel! Love you!

  6. You really taught me something about cooking okra. I didn't know about putting it in the oven. Yours looks like the way I like mine. Will try mine this way from now on. Sure do enjoy your cooking videos. God bless.

  7. People don't understand the same thing about yellow squash. You want the young tender ones. They try to sell you the big old tough ones and they're not good for smothered squash or much of f anything. Not knowing how to prepare and cook vegetables are why many people think they don't like them, because they've eaten them poorly prepared

  8. I could eat that whole pan by myself, okra just one of God’s ,little gifts to mankind

  9. Looks very yummy , but I have never seen okra In Minnesota 😞

I could maybe try the farmers market

  10. Oh Grandma, we eat fried okra like popcorn. Put it in a Ziploc and eat it for lunch. You ought to try it with a little hot sauce on it.

  11. A friend of mine mother introduced me to okra fried okra that is but she put green tomatoes in hers I definitely miss her Friday okra with green tomatoes I need to invest in a good iron skillet cuz I think that's what makes it taste so much better
