Slow cooked Moroccan harira soup recipe

Ingredients for 4 portions:
olive oil
1 onion
salt & pepper
3 garlic cloves
1 celery stick
500 gr diced lamb
1 tbs turmeric
1 tbs ground cinnamon
1 ginger root
vegetable stock
1 cup of lentils
1 cup of dried chickpeas (soak in advance)
1 tbs harissa paste

Preparation time 30 min

Cooking time 7 hours on Low mode
