  1. Looks great Steve.  You know I hate to see food go to waste.
I can't wait to see how you'll be using it.
With your creativity, this should be good.  🙂

  2. Steve this I great . That would be tastey with some peanut butter and raspberry jam sandwich this is great Steve

  3. Another great recipe Steve. Just made your wagon wheel slices and they where amazing.

  4. Thank you for the video.  I'm new to making jams and jellies.  It's apple season here in Connecticut and I will use this post for making and canning different products.  It will keep me busy while retired.

  5. I haven't made jam for years and I remember melting paraffin wax to put on the top of the jam after pouring in jars……I looks like you don't do that anymore???? How long would the shelf life be after pouring the jam in jars and sealing them?

  6. if I use mixed berries will I need to add anything to it besides the berries and sugar

  7. I picked blackberries from the garden and made Jam and i dissolved a jelly cube in half a cup of boiling water and threw that in to help it set

  8. Thanks for posting I had a few raspberries left and I did not want to as they get soft and I’m not keen on eating them then so this was a perfect fit for me . also the other helpful tips about the jam jars and putting the tops on while they’re hot . I have a candy thermometer and have never used it but with that instruction I now know how to😄

  9. Steve , how do you store the jam , .? Does it have to be refrigerated or can it be left outside.
