  3. I will never understand why anyone would eat zucchini noodles if you’re just going to add a ton of oil and butter. Usually if you’re trying to eat a vegetable as a pasta it’s bc you’re cutting calories. For the crazy amounts of calories in the butter and oil in this recipe, I’ll just do regular pasta with marinara sauce, since the calories will probably be equal and I know real pasta tastes better.

    No hate towards this video, I’m just grouchy bc I haven’t found one single low calorie zucchini pasta recipe and I’m starting to wonder what the point is.

  4. Keto should not be followed by healthy people, and there must be medical supervision. If you want to lose fat or cellulite then definitely try the *Agoge diet*, it worked wonders for me..

    Update: 10 out of 10. I just got rid of th chilly flakes and used some of my favorite shrimp seasoning instead of the salt.

I recently went vegetarian for health reasons, but now am slowly adding things like fish & shrimp back into my diet. Still no sugar, gluten or dairy. I feel so much better!
