A. Ingredients / المواد:

– 2.5 L liquid cow milk (skim or whole) / ليترين ونصف حليب بقر سائل( كامل الدسم او خفيف الدسم)
– 1/3 cup plain store-bought yogurt at room temperature (as a starter culture) / (الروبة) ثلث الكوب لبن اي زبادي الطبيعي بحرارة الغرفة

B. Utensils / لوازم الاستعمال:

– Thermometer / ميزان حرارة
– Pot / طنجرة

Bonjour, j'ai essayé de faire su laban avec 1 L de lait, jai tout fai comme il faut mais mon laban est encore liquide, mais ca ne fais pas 24h quil est au frigo .je dois attendre encore ou c'est raté. Au cas ou c raté est ce que je peux faire quelque chose avec pour ne pas le jeter? Merci d'avance

  2. Can you help me what name of this drink/food that i will describe. What is white liquid beaten/stirred by tonne of egg untill become white(it keep beaten around 2-3 hours something like that), then people went to market bring glass bottle to fill this white stuff. I saw this in retro documentary, when i was kid. But i don't know what was that. If you know please share with me. Thank you.
