A non-creamy, and much healthier version of pasta salad. Our Pasta salad includes farfalle (bowtie) pasta with flavour-packed sun dried tomatoes. Try this for a quick and super delicious treat

Preparation time: 25 minutes.

Ingredients for 5 people:
500 grams of pasta (farfalle)
100 g of pine nuts
200 g of feta cheese
200 g of sun dried tomatoes
30 basil leaves
50 ml of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
Pinch of salt
A little pepper
Cook the pasta according to instructions on the packet until al dente.

Meanwhile, chop tomatoes coarsely and dice the feta cheese. Peel the garlic and press or chop it to taste. Fry the pine nuts in a pan very gently, make sure not to add any oil of fat (warning: they darken very quickly). Pluck or cut the basil leaves.

Drain the cooked pasta and put everything in a bowl. Now, sprinkle everything with olive oil (rough amount to taste) and season with salt and pepper.

Tip: In our house, the first portion is served hot.
