  1. Very cool concept and design for the dessert, but I would lose the microgreens (unless they are chocolate made to look like micros??)

    yeah, as another commenter said, micros gotta go. there isn’y enough whimsicality with how they’re placed, and there seems to be no rhyme or reason to it.

    try doing a one-directional ‘hearth’ around the yolk with micros, it might help the center find definition while retaining the micros, it you really want them
