  1. This is the kind of dishes I’d like to see more: Traditional, hearty cuisine but with hidden layers of complexity, which also reflects in the plating. How you do you bring things such as Kartoffelknödel or Rotkohl to the foreshine? I love your contribution. A couple of things could be tidier, but as you noticed, I am a bit biased.

  3. Man. That looks so comforting and inviting. I would absolutely crush that right now. I think a little dill on the potatoes would be a delicious alternative garnish. Well done!
