    Looks delicious chef

    – splatter is well controlled (not the biggest on splatter but to each his own; I’d say it works in this case)

    – if you are going to put garnish on the plate (top right of plate) that is way to little and is useless at this point. Add a little more, keeping it controlled for some more color and meaning.

    – rolls look solid, just a little tip from some art classes I took during my bachelors, odd numbers are generally more appealing to the eye. So maybe consider 5 or 7 sushis.

    Those are my criticisms, anyways I would demolish those🤤

    Added: just wanted to add that you have a great eye for plating, I can see it in your flow and control.

    The greens on the inside of the rolls look fantastic, and the little triplets of row. Looks good
