    Looks so messy, way too many scallops and just looks like blood spattered all over the plate. Doesn’t look appealing

    This could look really nice I think, the colours are good. Just needs to be on smaller plates. Maybe 2 plates of 5? Splashing is tricky because you still want to make it look somewhat deliberate, smaller plates would help with this. It would also help to make look a bit tighter.

    Could do the puree in the middle and place the scallops on top then pomegranate around the around the outside and a little through the green, then garnished. Or puree and pomegranate underneath on the outside, then scallops with the centre empty?

    I think putting it on smaller plates even as is would tighten it up a lot and make it look more delicate/careful.
