    I like this. I think fewer micros may be in order. My eye is just drawn to the tangle of stems at 10/11 o clock. This is one of the few funky plates that I think really works with the food.

    This would look better using the red variety of dragon fruit and a bit more red onion.

    I can’t tell from the picture what pieces are fish.
    Undecided if that’s a problem with this but overall looks good.
