    The way the sauce is plated looks like an unappetizing ooze from something on the dish and pulls attention away from your lovely arrangement to the left. Maybe a more controlled shape? Or use a different dish with a narrower bottom to hold the sauce in place better.

    The arrangement is pretty though, and the dish sounds delicious!
