Starting to get to the point where I want to put effort in my plating. Definitely needs work, but this was the first time I was comfortable sharing a plate that I wanted to look nice.

    That plate is ugly AF and the pork looks underdone (I know it can have some pink) but maybe it’s just the lighting.

    Pork is a bit pink for my taste, and I really wish it had a harder sear on it. Really hating how the cherries are spread out, I’d probably suggest macerating them and keeping them more bunched together with a nice swoop of just the liquid.

    It obvious you tried, and its a great attempt, but honestly the cherries look like blood clots to me. Agreed the pork looks underdone and needs more colour.
