This is my second attempt at honest plating. My first post here was removed because it was pasta (I totally missed that rule)! This recipe is admittedly not my own, but it was my first ever attempt at chicken cordon bleu, and I’m pleased with the outcome. Comments and criticism welcome.

    I’m a complete novice, but this looks beautiful. Really nice to see an actual meal here and not just a few bites garnished with a smear of sauce and hunk of root vegetable. Good work OP!

    From a professional perspective I work lose the thyme and let the green beans a bit closer to the chicken. Then to nitpick the color could have been better on the chicken. But other than that I would still definitely eat

    Looks great but maybe a different colour sauce as it looks too saturated. Having a dark colour sauce will add a nice contrast
